Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
We only have a 7-day exchange policy for non sale items. In domestic (India) deliveries, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for size.
- We only offer exchanges in size for the same product, style, and color that you have purchased.
- If you would like a different size for the style/color that you have already purchased, you will need to go and process an exchange by logging to your account on junglemarigold.com. For any clarification please feel free to contact us through the email: info@junglemarigold or via whatsApp chat.
- We only process an exchange of up to one time.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, stickers and in its original packaging.
- Once the unused product is received at our warehouse and checked, we will dispatch the required size depending upon its availability.
- On garments which are on sales/discounts there is no exchange applicable.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Damages and Issues
Once you receive your order, please contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect item have been shipped. Please let us evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not allow returns and cancellation of orders.
We do not allow exchanges and returns on sale/discounted items.
